Le corbusiers cities do not fullfill our needs nowadays. For example Brasilia is too small and we do not like high buildings like the Bijlmer that much nowadays. But, what do we need? 

Design your own city. First, think about what we need in this modern time...
At least make sure work/recreation and industry are all represented.
