Having a discussion
  1. Listen Actively – Pay close attention to the speaker and avoid interrupting.
  2. Take Turns Speaking – Follow the discussion format and wait for their turn to contribute.
  3. Use Evidence – Support their points with facts, examples, or references from the lesson.
  4. Stay on Topic – Keep the discussion relevant and avoid going off track.
  5. Respect Different Opinions – Acknowledge others' viewpoints, even if they disagree.
  6. Ask and Answer Questions – Engage with classmates by clarifying points or adding to their ideas.
  7. Use Academic Language – Speak clearly and professionally, avoiding slang or informal phrases.
