Gebruik: om bezit aan te geven.

's	- Bij mensen & dieren in enkelvoud - Meervoudsvormen die niet eindigen op een 's'. - Je gebruikt 's ook als een naam eindigt op een s.	The monkey ' s tail James 's outfit The children' s toys. The dog 's name is Pluto.
s'	- bij mensen & dieren in het meervoud als die eindigen op een s	My sister s' room. Those dog s' names.
...of...	- dingen - plaatsen (geografische locaties) - landen	The back of the car. The city of Dublin. The government of Australia.
