Formal email requesting info
1. start the email politely: Dear Sir/Madam; Dear + Surname...
2. don't use abbreviations (e.g. asap ipv as soon as possible),
slang (e.g. u ipv you), or contractions (e.g. didn't ipv did not)
3. say why you are writing (or say what you're responding to)
4. ask questions (bc you're not sure about something) = ask indirect questions: Can you tell me...? I would like to know whether...etc
5. mention that you would like a reply = I look forward to verb+ing = hearing from you.
6. finish the email politely: Yours faithfully / Yours sincerely / Kind regards

- Look at the emails in exercise 2 and 3
- Choose 1 of the emails and make it more formal in your paper notebook
- Change the questions to indirect questions. IF there are no questions in the email, create 2 indirect questions of your own!

In a word doc, write a formal email to the chocolate factory. 
Make sure you ask 3 indirect questions - look at the LessonUp about the grammar if needed.
(vocab: travel arrangements = reisvoorbereidingen; accommodation = accommodatie/verblijf; confirmation = bevestiging)
