Read the following excerpts of the article: " The Psychology Behind Sibling Rivalry" and have a look at the youtube clip (lessonup slide 2-7) with some examples of sibling rivalry in movies.

Then think about the following questions and go on to the discussion Padlet to share your thoughs and respond to other perspectives.

1) Do Subhash and Udayan have a typical sibling relationship?

You are Subhash and you've just got the 

letter on p95 and you were dumped by Holly. 

You have not gotten word yet that your 

brother had died. Write a letter to Udayan 

where you respond to his letter. What would 

Subhash have said?

 You are Udayan and you know that the police is watching you and your correspondence which is why you write in your diary. 

Write a diary entry about your brother Subhash or as if the police wasn't watching you.

You are Udayan and these are your final moments. You know that the police will probably come. You write one final letter to your brother.

You are Udayan and you have passed away horribly. As a ghost you see what your brother has done (marry your wife and fathered your daughter). What would you say to him?
