Wat is een tag question?

• Een korte vraag aan het einde van de zin.
• In het nederlands zeg je vaak: toch?
• Je gebruikt het vooral in spreektaal
  

Hoe maak je een question tag?

• Herhaal het hulpwerkwoord (auxilliary verb) of de vorm van to be (am, are,is) en het persoonlijk voornaamwoord (pronoun) uit de hoofdzin.
• Heeft de hoofdzin een hoofdwerkwoord (main verb) dan gebruik je het werkwoord do.
  
• Is de hoofdzin positief: dan wordt je tag question negatief.
• Is de hoofdzin een ontkenning: dan wordt je tag question positief.
• Gebruik altijd een persoonlijk voornaamwoord (pronoun), ook als er in de hoofdzin een zelfstandig naamwoord (noun) staat.
