Project Lifecycle

1. Initiation: This is the starting point of the project, where the need for the project is identified, and it's objectives, scope, and feasibility are defined. 
2. Planning: In this phase, a detailed project plan is developed, outlining the tasks, resources and timelines to accomplish the project goals. We use Asana fort he roadmap and Jira for defining the tickets.
3. Execution: Here, the actual work of the project takes place. Progress is monitored, and adjustments may be made as necessary.
4. Closure:  Once the project goals are achieved, the closure phase begins. It includes finalizing and documenting project deliverables and obtaining approval from stakeholders.
