Ontkenningen grammatica

• Als je wilt zeggen dat iets niet zo is, wordt de zin ontkennend.
• Je gebruikt hiervoor het woord: not
• Bij het ww be (am, are, is, was, were) krijg je alleen not.
• Bij het ww have got krijg je not achter have of has
• Bij I, you, we en they gebruik je haven't got
• Bij he, she, it gebruik je hasn't got

• Ontkenningen kunnen ook met can, could, will en should + not (of shouldn't, can't, won't)

• Bij andere werkwoorden zet je er don't, doesn't of didn't voor

Waar zet je not in de zin? Bij deze zin:

She is helping me with my homework.

Start the sentence with No,.....

Use the word 'not' in the sentence.

Example: Are you feeling okay? No I'm not feeling okay.
