• At line maintenance station: colleague from another crew, delayed flight, or offload passengers! 

"According to TUI a crew member had fallen ill and that was the reason not everyone was allowed on the flight. According to the travel operator it is a legal obligation in that case to fly with fewer passengers due to safety. Stranded passengers had a hard time understanding. "Now they have returned to Eindhoven with an aircraft half empty. Absurd and utterly arbitrary!”
