VWO 2 IMYC period 3: Curiosity
Skill: searching for information on the internet
Project ‘My Idol’

You’re going to write a report about your idol: a person you look up to because of what he/she does or has achieved. It has to be a public figure (so not your dad or your grandma) because the skill you‘ll have to use and develop is searching for information on the internet.
What does your report have to contain? You should start with an introduction of your idol in which you explain why you’ve chosen this particular person.
You continue with three paragraphs about 1. what your idol’s background is (info about childhood, family situation), 2. how your idol has developed him/herself: how has he/she become famous? And 3. info about the current situation or future plans of your idol.
Lasty a paragraph in which you repeat why your idol is so important to you, the lessons that you’ve learned from your idol and how this person will continue to inspire you in the future.
Number of words: between 500 and 750 words. Hand in typed and printed.

You will have time to work on this project after the SO on Friday.
