They're irregular in their past simple and past participle forms

Present perfect

Voltooid verleden tijd

Form of to have + past participle (voltooid deelwoord)

Onregelmatige werkwoorden zijn hier belangrijk!

When do you use it?

- Als iets in het verleden is begonnen en nu nog steeds belangrijk is (duidelijke link verleden en nu)

- Als iets in het verleden is begonnen en nu nog steeds aan de hand is

- Bij ervaringen tot nu toe

How do you write it?

(correct) form of to have + past participle (voltooid deelwoord)

With regular verbs (regelmatige werkwoorden):

Woordstam (hele woord -ing) +ed.

Walk --> Walked

Listen --> Listened

play --> played

So...

I have walked

You have walked

He/she/it has walked

We have walked

you have walked

we have walked

Let's try again, write a sentence in the present perfect (record is 4 correct)
