Aan het einde van de les heb ik de present continuous herhaalt en hiermee geoefend en weet ik hoe ik in het Engels kan zeggen/schrijven dat iets nu bezig is.

Present Continuous:

Wat geef je aan met de present continuous?

1. Iets dat altijd, nooit of regelmatig gebeurt
2. Iets dat nu aan de gang is.
3. Iets dat is gebeurd in het verleden.
4. Iets dat nog gaat komen

Present continuous:

Hoe maak je de present continuous?

1. hele ww+ -ed
2. shit = hele ww+ -s
3. vorm van to be (am/are/is) + hele ww+ -ing

Welke zin staat in de present continuous?

1. We are eating lunch at the cafeteria.
2. They have eaten lunch at the cafeteria before.
3. She ate lunch at the cafeteria.
4. He has eaten lunch at the cafeteria.

Present continuous

1. aan te geven dat iets NU aan de gang is. Signaalwoorden zijn o.a: "now, at the moment, listen..." enz.

2. aan te geven dat je iets van plan bent. Meestal staat er bij wanneer je in de toekomst dat van plan bent.

3. irritatie aan te geven

Maak de present continuous door: vorm van 'to be' (am/is/are) + ww+ ing

Welke zin staat in de present continuous?

1. She walks from the car park to the shopping centre.
2. She had been walking from the car park to the shopping centre.
3. She was walking from the car park to the shopping centre.
