Het meervoud wordt in het Engels gevormd door -s aan het woord toe te voegen: 

window - windows

Table - tables

Notebook - notebooks

Plurals: uitzonderingen!

1. Woorden die op een -o eindigen:

 -es

Tomato - tomatoes

2. Woorden die op een medeklinker + y eindigen: -ies

Baby - babies

3. Woorden die eindigen op -f(e): -ves

Wolf - wolves

4. s, x, z of ch aan het einde: -es
