HOE?

Present Continuous

• Als iets nu aan de gang is of als iets nu gebeurt. Oftewel: NU
• Je kunt de Present Continuous ook gebruiken om irritatie uit de drukken. 
  

WANNEER?

Voorbeeld:

The cats are pushing all the buttons in the elevator.

Voorbeeld:

I am screaming at my computer right now.

Let op!!!

Come  -> drop -E and add -ING

Dus:

Coming (and not comeing)

Woorden met 1 lettergreep EN een klinker + klinker achteraan....

AlTIJD laatste medeklinker verdubbelen

Bijvoorbeeld:

stop - stopping

put - putting

Samenvatting:

• Je gebruikt de Present Continuous als iets nu gebeurt.
  
• Dit is de vorm: am / are / is + ww + ing
  
• Werkwoord eindigt op -e? Weg ermee!
  
• Eén lettergreep, eindigt op klinker + medeklinker? = extra medeklinker!
• Ontkennend: NOT in de zin
• Vragend maken: Draai de eerste twee woorden om + vraagteken.
