Different calendars

The most often used calendar in the West is the Julian calendar.

Other countries know different types of calendars. Can you name any?

BC. means before Christ (was born)

AD. means Anno Domini, which means after Chist (was born)

Not all of these eras are the same length. Why is that you think?
