What is a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)? 

Standard Operative Procedures refer to the set of actions and protocols that need to be followed in the event of an emergency, such as a fire, equipment failure, or any other situation that poses a threat to the safety of the aircraft, personnel, or passengers.
