Future: to be going to
When to use: 
(1) Intentions
I am going to visit my grandparents tomorrow
(2) Predictions based on present evidence.
Look at those grey clouds. It is going to rain.

Future: will
(1) To make promises/threats/refusals/offers/announcements.
The match will start in a few minutes. (announcement)
Yes mom, I will clean my room tonight. (promise)
(2) Predictions about the future based on an opinion.
 I think they will win the match.
(3) To talk about a future action or event at the point of decision. I will come to the cinema with you tonight, I think.

Questions start with "will"
Note! With I and we use "shall" instead of will.

Present perfect continuous
- Action started in the past and has continued up to the present moment - emphasizes duration.
- has/have + been + present participle
You have been waiting here for two hours.

Difference with past continuous:

Past continuous emphasizes interrupted actions, whereas past perfect continuous emphasizes a duration of time before something in the past.
I was reading when she walked in.  /   I had been reading for three hours when she walked in.

- Duration Before Something in the Future
- will have been + present participle OR am/is/are + going to have been + present participle = interchangeable
You will have been waiting for more than two hours when her plane finally arrives.
