PRESENT PERFECT
Gebruik Present Perfect:
1. iets is in het verleden begonnen en is nu nog aan de gang.
2. iets is in het verleden gebeurd en je merkt nu nog het resultaat.

Voorbeelden:
1. I have lived in New York for seven years now.
    Ik woon al zeven jaar in New York. --> in het verleden begonnen en nog steeds bezig.

2. I have painted the door.
     Ik heb de deur geschilderd. --> in het verleden gedaan en je merkt nu nog resultaat.

  • Have + voltooid deelwoord
  • I, you, we, they
  • Has + voltooid deelwoord
  • he, she, it
  • Regelmatig: hele werkwoord + ed
  • Onregelmatig: 3e vorm

  • Vragen: Zet have of has vooraan de zin:
  • Have you bought that dog yet?
  • Ontkenningen: zet not achter have of has
  • He has not won the lottery.

  • Je gebruikt dus altijd hetzelfde hulpwerkwoord en voltooid deelwoord!
