Please pay attention to the word 'almost'. 

Een synoniem heeft 'ongeveer' dezelfde betekenis. Soms is er een duidelijk verschil 'warm-hot', vaak is het een gevoelsmatig verschil 'beautiful-gorgeous'.

Pitfalls Reading/Listening Exam
  • Valkuil 1: het staat wel in de tekst maar wordt niet gevraagd.
  • Valkuil 2: het is misschien wel zo, maar het staat er niet (eigen mening).
  • Valkuil 3: woorden uit de tekst... en dus... 

  • Het antwoord bevat vaak een synoniem of omschrijving van informatie in de tekst. Wees altijd achterdochtig bij antwoorden die letterlijk dezelfde woorden uit de tekst bevatten.
