Kenmerken Kort Verhaal

(characteristics short story)

1. Er zijn weinig personages, meestal 1 tot 3.

2. De karakters zijn ‘plat’; ze worden niet uitgewerkt, geen uitgebreide psychologische beschrijvingen.

3. Het verhaal speelt zich af in een korte tijd, in één ruimte en op één plaats.

4. Er wordt minimale achtergrondinformatie gegeven bijv. over de ruimte waar of het tijdperk waarin het verhaal zich afspeelt.

5. Er is één verhaallijn.

6. Het einde komt plotseling en geeft het verhaal een onverwachte wending (twist).
