Arbobesluit
The Working Conditions Decree is an elaboration of the Working Conditions Act. This contains decisions taken by the government. Such as rules for working hours, special target groups such as young and pregnant employees and rules for exposure to hazardous substances. Both the employer and the employee must comply with the Working Conditions Decree.
