I Grammar: Conjunctions (voegwoorden)

Voegwoorden gebruik je om twee zinnen samen te voegen. De betekenis van de voegwoorden vertelt wat de verbinding is tussen de zinnen. 

Herhaling: word order

Wie - doet - wat - waar - wanneer

I am sitting at my desk in the classroom this morning.

Concjunctions voorbeelden

But (tegenstelling); maar

I want to cycle, but my bike is broken.

And (toevoeging); en

I like to watch Netflix and HBO.

Because (reden); omdat

I bought a new laptop because mine stopped working.

We use our books ... our laptops.
