To talk about an action which is going to be completed at or before a certain point in time of the future

  - I promise I’ll have done all the work by next Saturday.

- I think astronauts will have landed on Mars by the year 2020.

Future perfect --> iets dat in de toekomst klaar gaat zijn

Future continuous --> Iets dat in de toekomst een tijdje gaat duren of er wordt gerefereerd naar een specifieke tijd
