Hecate 
Hecate is like the 'alpha witch', she is angry at the three witches for meddling with a loser like Macbeth.
She plans to meet with him tomorrow and show him visions of a troubling future, to unsettle him.
She knows he acts upon the prophesy. 
Some critics believe this scene is not originally by Shakespeare.
