The case
In a group of three of four, 
you are going to be the judges in a criminal case.
Together, decide on a fitting sentence.
Everyone needs to speak and propose a punishment.

More information will be given by two people.
Afterwards, you need to discuss the final verdict.

The case of Richard D. 
Accused of: 

breaking into an apartment, stealing money and drugs (together worth over 20,000 euros)  and shooting someone.

The person he shot was a drug dealer
 who also had a gun ready to shoot him.

The apartment used to be his own. He lived there with his girlfriend. She still lives there but is now his ex-girlfriend.

He was just visiting, not breaking in.
He has a clean record.
