There has to be a good reason:

- If the school is on fire
- If there is a lion in the hallway
- If there is free sushi

When can I not shout through class?

- If the school is not on fire
- If there is not a lion in the hallway
- If there is no free sushi

If there is no good reason, we do not shout through class
