A reading circle is a group of pupils that are all reading the same book (in your case, the whole class is reading Kidnapped in Cornwall). 3. The connector – this student focuses on how the story can connect to our lives. Maybe to a personal situation of someone you know, or to something that also happens in our lives. Wat is de link met jouw leven of dat van anderen die je kent?

4. The interviewer – this student focuses on the characters and thinks of questions that you could ask the main characters (hoofdpersonen) in the book. Welke personen hebben een rol in het verhaal? Wat zou je ze willen vragen?
