ex; - In the UK most school children have to wear a uniform.
       - John has to wear a tie to work.
2. Generally expresses personal obligation. What the speaker thinks.
    Something is essential or necessary.
ex;- I must stop smoking.
      - He must work harder.
But - in prohibition we use must not.
