Activity 1:

In the Uk, we don’t celebrate ‘’Sinterklaas’’. 

Sophie lives in London, she wrote you a letter. 

Read the letter

Write a letter to Julie and answer all of her questions about Sinterklaas.

Activity 6:

When celebrating Sinterklaas, a lot of people write a poem or a Rhyme. 

In English, try to write such a poem.

Example:

Sinterklaas his cape and clothes are red, Piet his clothes are blue,

I was thinking hard about what to give to you.

The weather is getting colder, put this new scarf over your shoulder.

It was really tough to buy a present in a store,

I just want to give you a hug, so you feel much warmer than before.
