Imperative

Imperative = gebiedende wijs

Om een imperative te maken, gebruik je de infinitief van het werkwoord. Dit gebruik je zonder “to”.

Bv. to come -> Come here!

Bv. to open -> Open your bottle.

Er kan ook sprake zijn van een ontkennende vorm. Deze vorm je door “do not” of “don’t” voor het werkwoord te zetten.

Bv. Don’t come here.

Bv. Don’t open your bottle.

Oopss.. you did it again. You completely lost yourself in your phone; watched videos on TikTok/Played games for hours. You forgot to study, clean the kitchen and you didn't walk the dog, and you forgot to clean your room. 

Your mom is pissed. 

 You are going to write the speech 

   that your mom will give you that evening.

Write the speech
