Bijvoeglijk naamwoord:

- zegt iets over een zelfstandig nw: mensen, dieren, dingen

- le                                  wordt -ly             terrible - terribly 

- medeklinker + -y     wordt -ily            easy - easily 

- ic                                  wordt -ally          fantastic - fantastically
