Impact on student performance
(Donohoo, Hattie & Eels, 2018)

Slide 18 - Slide

"The whole is more than the sum of its parts; the principle of 'covering each other's back.'
We collaborate on points where we agree and do not counteract each other on points where we disagree.
This also has a positive impact on student performance, through, among other things: effective group processes, increased satisfaction among teachers, and assisting each other with teaching. (Stephanou et.al, 2013).
A common normative framework is part of a strong collective efficacy!"
