They have hired YOU to design and run a restaurant. They have given you complete controle and are looking to see what you can create. This is an exciting opportunity.

As you run your restaurant you will pick the style, types of food, budgeting and much more. The food industry is an exciting place to be, so have fun and be creative!

And now it is up to you!

Write an English script in which everyone of your group has a specific role, such as guests, a host or a waiter. Start by entering your restaurant and end with you leaving again. 

What happens in between? 

How are you welcomed into the restaurant? How big is your party? What drinks are you having? How would you like to have your food? Has anyone gotten an allergy? Does anyone need to visit the restroom? Are there any mistakes in the bill?

There has to be a catch! A hair in your meal? An explosion? Someone you know and haven't seen in forever?

In a few lessons you are going to visit your own restaurant and act out your script in front of the classroom.

Make sure each student has at least 10 lines and knows his or her lines by heart.
