Statement:

"The Dutch government should ban fireworks for individuals and invest in a spectacular event like Sydney does".

Work in groups of 4

Come up with 2 two arguments that support this statement ( pro) and two that are against ( con).

Write them down on the paper and prepare to discuss in English 

(one student of each group)

 Voor iets wat in het verleden is gebeurd en nu nog aan de gang is.

Peter has broken his leg-> hij kan nu nog steeds niet lopen 

Jim has lost his keys-> nu kan hij dus de deur niet open doen
