Imperative
Imperative = gebiedende wijs

Om een imperative te maken, gebruik je de infinitief van het werkwoord. Dit gebruik je zonder “to”.

Bv. to come -> Come here!

Bv. to open -> Open your bottle.

Er kan ook sprake zijn van een ontkennende vorm. Deze vorm je door “do not” of “don’t” voor het werkwoord te zetten.

Bv. Don’t come here.

Bv. Don’t open your bottle.

I am walking

?: To be begin van de zin + subject  + ing

Signal: Right now, now, at the moment, etc.
