Put them upside down on the table.

An engaging conversation is not just about what you say, but also how you listen. Try to remember the needs, comments and ideas that others mention when talking to you and refer to those when speaking. Listening closely and echoing others’ earlier comments can help you give the speaker your undivided attention.
