1. find the verb in the first part of the sentence: is/are/do etc.
2. Is the first part positive, you make the second part negative.
     Is the first part negative, you make the second part positive.
3. find the pronoun in the first part.

step 2: the first part is negative, so the second part is positive.
step 3. pronoun is "you"
