You are applying for a job as a sweet inventor in Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory.

'Everlasting Gobstoppers

'Everlasting Gobstoppers!' cried Mr Wonka proudly. 'They're completely new! I

am inventing them for children who are given very little pocket money. You can put

an Everlasting Gobstopper in your mouth and you can suck it and suck it and suck it

and suck it and it will never get any smaller!

Step 1: Think of a function

Examples:

- a sweet that makes you produce another sweet 

- a sweet that makes people listen to you

Let's look at words

Nouns/ zelfstandig naamwoord- a person, an animal, an idea, a place, a thing

Verbs/werkwoord-  doing words

Adjectives/bijvoegelijknaamwoord- words that say something about a noun

Step 2: Think of a name

• Think of a noun (zelfstandig naamwoord) and an adjective (bijvoeglijk naamwoord). You can think in Dutch first, and then translate the words into English. BE CREATIVE  and a bit SILLY!
• Noun + Adjective = Your own wonka sweet 
• Design your wonka sweet

Time to give a 15-second pitch

• It is PERFECTLY OKAY to make mistakes
• Nobody laughs, giggles or make fun of anyone
