Peroxides can be identified in a variety of terminology
Eg
Peroxide – 6%, 9% etc
Peroxide – 20 vol, 30 vol etc

There are different levels of peroxide
Choosing which peroxide will depend on depth or level of lift required
Not all manufactures are the same and may not use the same strength for grey coverage etc so use your instructions

If you are working with lighteners or other lightening systems eg Magma - Wella, B reds - Affinage, TLC - NXT
A lower level peroxide can achieve good lift - low and slow is best
