is de zin bevestigend - er staat dus GEEN 'not' in de zin? Dan gebruik je in de question tag WEL 'not'; The weather is nice, isn't it?

Welk werkwoord je in de question tag moet gebruiken, is afhankelijk van het werkwoord in de hoofdzin.

Hulpwerkwoorden: can/could, will/would, shall/should, to do, to have, ...

Bij verwachtingen, voorspellingen en spontane beslissingen gebruik je will of won't (will not). Het gaat hier dus om de meest "vage" omstandigheden.
