Describes a noun (omschrijft een zelfstandig naamwoord)
They come before the noun they describe

She has a beautiful face.
My cake should have sixteen candles.

Quantity - Hoeveelheid (ex. one, four)
Opinion - Mening (ex. beautiful, delicious)
Size - Grootte (ex. huge, small)

Shape - Vorm (ex. Square, round)
