Final tips

  • start by making an outline. This has to be handed in as well.
  • Make sure to change the language to English: controleren - taal - controletaal instellen - Engels (VK) - Als standaard instellen.
  • spelling mistakes are red, grammar mistakes are blue. Check yourself as well, Word feedback is not fool-proof!
  • sentence structure and incorrect tenses are not picked up on.
  • Check the word count at the bottom on the left side.

Final tips

  • use synonyms! Click on a word using the right mouse button, and click on synoniemen - synoniemenlijst for more options. Be careful, these aren't always correct!
  • keep your sentences short and simple to prevent grammar mistakes.
  • Mind you read through your text while writing to avoid vague referencing to previous sentences.
  • be sure to make develop a clear TS and link it to your paragraphs.
