How to make a formal letter (formele brief= zakelijke brief)

* Aanhef: Sir/Madam, Mr Name, Mrs Name, Miss Name, Ms Name

* Paragraaf 1: introduction 1 of 2 zinnen: I am writing you this letter because (reden)

* Paragraaf 2: Schets de situatie: wat, waar en wanneer

Paragraaf 3: Maak situatie nog duidelijker, stel een oplossing voor!

Paragraaf 4: afsluiting 1: 1 of twee zinnen: I hope to hear from you soon or Hope you can provide me with more information

Paragraaf 5: afsluiting 2: Yours faithfully or Yours sincerely,
