Steps to making your presentation
1) Outline the Content: 
    Plan the structure, including introduction, main points, and conclusion, ensuring a logical flow.
2) Gather Information: 
     Research and collect data, statistics, or stories that support your key points.
3) Create Visuals: 
     Use slides and images to enhance your message.
4) Design the Presentation: 
     Select a clean design template, organize text, and ensure consistency in fonts and colors.
5) Practice: 
     Rehearse your presentation to build confidence and refine your delivery.
6) Prepare for Questions: 
     Anticipate possible questions from the audience and prepare responses.

Powerpoint
Your Powerpoint presentation should at least contain the following slides:
- a title slide including what you are presenting about, (and probably a photo/picture)
- a contents page including what you are going to talk about during your presentation
- a couple of slides containing information about the topic/subtopics
- a slide containing the question whether there are any questions
- a final slide with some sort of conclusion
