- Introduction

         - State the purpose of the report --> re-hash the brief

- Paragraph 1 --> With the exception of the introduction

- Paragraph 2 --> every paragraph has a heading however,

- Conclusion --> the heading is never creative.

         - Suggestions or recommendations

Tackling the brief

You have just come back from a two-day study trip to a historic town. Your teacher has asked you to write a report about your visit, saying what you saw during the two days and whether you would recommend a similar visit for other students.

Possible outline

Report on the visit to town X

Intro: The purpose of this report is to outline the experiences visiting town X as well as make a recommendation for a future comparable excursion.

Paragraph 1: Day one --> mention activity/accommodation, was it a succes

Paragraph 2: Day two --> mention activity, was it a succes

Recommendations --> Write if I would recommend the visit as is or if something should be changed.
