Assigment (~ 20 mins)

1. A customer who has a technical problem and contacts the help desk.
2. A meeting between different departments about a new software implementation.
3. A presentation about a new project to potential investors.
2 people talk while the others follow the conversation, making notes on what goes well and what doesn't. This role switches when the conversation has ended.
