We're going to do an exercise in groups of 2-3 about events leading to the Cold War. It has 3 parts:

1. You need to answer 7 questions
2. You need to put the numbers of these questions on a timeline from 1900-1945
3. You need to add 3 important events that you can choose yourself

• People who are in a bad situation want change --> communism was quite popular in Western Europe
• The USA decide to help (Western) Europe with loans: Marshall Plan --> especially (West-)Germany profits and gets a wirtschafswunder (economic miracle)
• Eastern European countries get a planned economy :(
