What do quantifiers do?

So quantifiers! 
They tell something about the amount (quantity) of a noun. You have different types of nouns:
1. Count nouns: nouns which you can ... count (Someone thought they were very clever...).
2. Mass nouns: noun which you can ... not count.

Something that happened and ENDED in the past.
Verb+ed (verb(e)d! 2nd column of irr verbs)
I played football yesterday.
I baked brownies last Friday. (Actually true!)
In Dutch this is called verleden tijd.

Present form of to have + past participle (3rd column)

Past simple is something which has happened in the past and is done. (The event/name it has finished) The present perfect is also about something which has happened in the past but still is relevant right now.
