Informal Letter - tips and feedback

- a /an: Als de eerste letter in de UITSPRAAK een klinker (a/e/o etc) is dan zet 

   je AN voor dat woord. Example:  an FBI agent ('e') and an hour ('au')

- meervoud: -y --> -ies. For example; country - countries

   meervoud man/woman = men/women

- capital letters: January, London, Timothy

- punctuation: end sentence with . 

- tenses (tijden): when in doubt, keep it simple. (I received your letter last         

   week..., I would like to.., I am glad... etc) 

- to/too: te veel/ook --> too   That's too much work. I love you too. 

   naar/(om) te --> to   We are going to Ibiza. We ask you to stay here. 

- word count: use enough words. And try to use not way too many words. 

- Use your dictionary!

Grammar - Past simple

De past simple is om te zeggen dat iets in het verleden is gebeurd maar nu is afgelopen! Dat kun je zien omdat er een tijd wordt genoemd, wanneer het was afgelopen.   I saw a movie last night.
