What does unconscious bias mean?

Unconscious bias = prejudices and stereotypes individuals have about certain groups of people that they aren’t consciously aware of having
Stereotype = A generalized and simplistic mental idea of a group which is usually negative.
Prejudice (Vooroordeel) = Believing some people are inferior or superior without even knowing them.
Racism (Racisme) = 1. poor treatment of or violence against people because of their race; 2. the belief that some races of people are better than others.
